Scrapkit called All Access by Jens Sweet Temptations. This is a PTU kit that can be purchased HERE.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open Template.

Delete Info layer.

We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.

Recolor all things that are pink to #dbc800.

Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Black Rectangle, Activate Black Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Rectangle Layer.

Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Black Circle, Activate Black Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Circle Layer.

Open Paper5, paste as a new layer below Gradient Rectangle, Activate Gradient Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Gradient Rectangle Layer.

Open Drum

Paste as a new layer

Resize 75%

Add drop shadow

Open Tube of choice

Paste as a new layer

Position and Resize as needed

Add drop shadow

Open Guitar1

Paste as a new layer

Resize 75%

Add drop shadow

Open Mic

Paste as a new layer

Resize 70%

Add drop shadow

Open Record3

Paste as a new layer

Resize 30%

Add drop shadow

Paste as a new layer

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible

Resize 80% (if desired)
