Open new image 600x600.
Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.
Open Paper5 and add as a new layer.
Open Mask of choice or the one I used (WSL_Mask84).
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.
Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
Open Frame1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 85%
Rotate Left 20%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Paper1
Paste As A New Layer Below Frame
Remove Excess Paper From Around Frame
Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed
Add Drop Shadow
Open Bloodtubing
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow
Open Heart1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 25%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Stethoscope2
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Flip Horizontal
Add Drop Shadow
Open Thermometer2
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 55%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Bandaid
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 35%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Medicine Bottle
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Pill Scatters
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 25%
Add Drop Shadow
Open RX
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 20%
Add Drop Shadow
Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
