Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.
Open Paper15 and add as a new layer.
Open Mask of choice or the one I used (WSL_Mask152).
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.
Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
Open Frame1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 60%
Rotate 25% Right
Open Paper 12
Paste As A New Layer Below Frame
Remove Excess Paper From Around Frame
Open Wordart1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 50%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Clip1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 40%
Resize 25% Right
Add Drop Shadow
Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed
Add Drop Shadow
Open Toolbar
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow
Open USB
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 30%
Rotate Left
Add Drop Shadow
Open Paperclip2
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 70%
Rotate Left
Add Drop Shadow
Open Pencil
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 70%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Glitter Splat 2
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 60%
Open Glitter Splat 3
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 60%
Open Postit
Paste As A New Layer

Add Drop Shadow
Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
