Open new image 600x600.

Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.

Open Paper06 and add as a new layer.

Open Frame03

Paste as a new layer

Resize to fit your tube.

Add Drop Shadow

Open Tube of choice (one with a close up works best)

Paste Close Up behind Frame

Change opacity to 45%

Remove excess Tube from around Frame

Past Tube of choice

Position and Resize as needed

Add Drop Shadow

Open Fence

Paste as a new layer

Resize 65%

Add Drop Shadow

Open Owl01

Paste as a new layer

Resize 70%

Add Drop Shadow

Open Flower03

Paste as a new layer

Resize 45%

Duplicate

Add Drop Shower

Open Grouping01

Paste as a new layer

Add Drop Shadow

Paste as a new layer

Resize 15%

Add Drop Shadow

Flip Horizontal

Add Drop Shadow

Open Grouping04

Paste as a new layer

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible

Resize 80% (if desired)

Save as a PNG!
