Open Template.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open PP5, paste as a new layer below Back Grey Circle, Activate Back Grey Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Back Grey Circle Layer.
Open PP6, paste as a new layer below Black Rectangle Back 2, Activate Black Rectangle Back 2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Rectangle Back 2 Layer.
Open PP6, paste as a new layer below Black Rectangle Back, Activate Black Rectangle Back Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Rectangle Back Layer.
Open PP2, paste as a new layer below Black Square, Activate Black Square Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP2 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Square Layer

Open PP7, paste as a new layer below Black Strip 2, Activate Black Strip 2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Strip 2 Layer
Open PP7, paste as a new layer below Black Strip, Activate Black Strip Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Strip Layer


Open PP3, paste as a new layer below Grey Circles Small, Activate Grey Circles Small Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate PP3 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Grey Circles Small Layer


Add Noise To All White Frames Using The Settings Below

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
