Open Template.
Delete Copyright & Word Layers.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open P8, paste as a new layer below Copy Of Layer 4, Activate Copy Of Layer 4 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P8 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy Of Layer 4 layer.
Open P12, paste as a new layer below Layer 1, Activate Layer 1 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P12 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Layer 1 layer.
Open P7, paste as a new layer below Layer 2,  Activate Layer 2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Layer 2 layer.
Open P12, paste as a new layer below Copy Of Layer 1, Activate Copy Of Layer 1 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P12 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy Of Layer 1 layer.

Activate Layer 3, Flood Fill #c0c0c0.
Activate Layer9, Flood Fill #000000.
Open P11, paste as a new layer below Layer 2 Copy2,  Activate Layer 2 Copy Layer2, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P11 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Layer 2 Copy2 layer.
