Open Template.
Delete Raster12.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Raster 11, Activate Raster 11 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster 11 Layer.
Open Paper3, paste as a new layer below Raster 5, Activate Raster 5 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper3 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster 5 Layer.
Open Paper6, paste as a new layer below Raster 6, Activate Raster 6 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster 6 Layer.
Open Paper9, paste as a new layer below The B of BadGirlParty, Activate The B of BadGirlParty Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete The B of BadGirlParty Layer.

Flood Fill Raster3 and BGP with #602b57.

Add Drop Shadow

Paste As A New Layer
Resize 55%
Add Drop Shadow

Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%

Paste As A New Layer
Resize 90%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed
Add Drop Shadow

Open Feather
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 65%

Open Word Art
Paste As A New Layer

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
