Tube of choice. I used Sexy Sweater by Arthur Crowe. You can purchase Tube and get License# HERE. 
Template of choice. I used 326mpm. You can download it HERE. 
Font of choice. I used Scriptina. You can find it HERE.

Open Template.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Raster1, Activate Raster1,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster1.
Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Raster2, Activate Raster2,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster2.
Open Paper10, paste as a new layer below Raster3, Activate Raster3,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper10 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster3.
Open Paper10, paste as a new layer below Raster4, Activate Raster4,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper10 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster4.
Open Paper2, paste as a new layer below Raster5, Activate Raster5,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper2 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster5.
Open Paper11, paste as a new layer below Raster6, Activate Raster6,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper11 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster6.
Open Paper9, paste as a new layer below Raster7, Activate Raster7,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster7.
Open Paper13, paste as a new layer below Raster8, Activate Raster8,  Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper13 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster8.

Open Wind And Leaves
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 85%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Flowers2
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow

Open Books
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 50%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Bottle
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow

Open Lamp
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 55%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Lanterns
Paste As A New Layer

Open Tree
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 55%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Pinecone
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Leafscatter
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow

Open Acorns
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
