Open Template.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Red Rectangle, Activate Red Rectangle, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Red Rectangle.
Open Paper6, paste as a new layer below Red Circle, Activate Red Circle, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Red Circle.
Activate White Strip, Open Fencing & Paste As A New Layer, Activate White Strip, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Fencing, Cut/Select None.
Open Paper3, paste as a new layer below Black Circle, Activate Black Circle, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper3 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Circle.
