Open Template.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper11, paste as a new layer below Small Rectangle, Activate Small Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper11 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Small Rectangle Layer.
Open Paper8, paste as a new layer below Rectangle, Activate Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper8 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle Layer.
Activate Thin Rectangle Left and Thin Rectangle Right & Flood Fill #f15db5.
Open Paper2, paste as a new layer below Circle, Activate Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper2 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Circle Layer.
Open Paper9, paste as a new layer below Rectangle, Activate Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle Layer.

Open Ribbon2
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow

Open Star And Rope
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed
Add Drop Shadow

Open Doodle
Paste As A New Layer
Duplicate
Flip Horizontal / Flip Vertical
Add Drop Shadow

Open Skull Splatter
Paste As A New Layer

Open Razorblade
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 55%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Skull
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Skull Chain
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 65%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Candies
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 35%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Skull & Lollipops
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 30%
Add Drop Shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
