Supplies Needed

Scrapkit called Girlz Stuff by Stef. This is a PTU kit that can be purchased HERE.

Tube of choice. I used Jessy by Keith Garvey. You can find this tubes HERE. 

Font of choice. I used Respective.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP9 (any version will do).

Let's Get Started. 

(Remember to save often)

Open new image 700x700.

Add new layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.

Open Frame13, paste as a new layer, resize 80%, sharpen.

Open Paper08, paste as a new layer below frame, activate frame layer, click inside frame with Magic Wand tool, Selections, Modify, Expand 6, Invert, Activate Paper layer, Cut, Select None.

Open Heart02, paste as a new layer, resize 50%, sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Cupcake03, paste as a new layer, resize 25%, sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Bag02, paste as a new layer, resize 25%, sharpen, add drop shadow.

Add Name and Copyright.

Resize 80% and save as a PNG.
