Open new image 700x700.
Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.
Open Paper6 and add as a new layer.
Open Mask of choice or the one I used ( MB & SW Mask 29 ).
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.
Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

Open Elegant Frame
Paste as a new layer
Resize 80%
Rotate 90% to the Left
Duplicate
Add drop shadow to original Frame

Open  Tube of choice
Paste as a new layer between Frame layers
Position & Resize as needed
Erase excess Tube from around Flame
Add drop shadow

Open Paper9
Paste as a new layer below Tube layer
Cut away excess paper from around Frame

Open Bow
Paste as a new layer
Resize 70%
Rotate to Left
Add drop shadow


Open Arrow
Paste as a new layer below Bow
Resize 70%
Rotate to Left
Add drop shadow


Open Doodle
Paste as a new layer
Resize 60%
Add drop shadow
Duplicate
Mirror & Flip

Open Heart Lock & Key
Paste as a new layer
Resize 50%
Add drop shadow

Open Feather
Paste as a new layer
Resize 70%
Rotate to the right
Resize 70%
Add drop shadow

Open Heart Tag
Paste as a new layer
Resize 80%
Add drop shadow

Open Candy Heart 7
Paste as a new layer
Resize 30%
Add drop shadow

Open Kiss
Paste as a new layer
Resize 15%
Add drop shadow
Duplicate

Open Interlocking Hearts2
Paste as a new layer
Resize 50%
Add drop Shadow
Erase Chain

Open Starving Label
Paste as a new layer
Resize 70%
Add drop shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
