Mask of choice. I used UFmask19 by Weescotslass. You can get it HERE.

Scrapkit called Raindrops On My Heart by Karra's Kreative Korner. This is a PTU kit that can be purchased HERE.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open new image 700x700.

Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.

Add a 2nd new raster layer.

Change your Forground color to #92b73b and Background color to #000000.

Change your Background to Gradient and Follow the below settings.

Open Mask of choice or the one I used (UFmask19).

Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.

Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

Open Frame2

Paste as a new layer

Open Frame1

Paste as a new layer

Resize Frames1 & 2 .

Remove any unwanted Frame

Merge Down

Rotate to Right 18%

Open Paper2

Paste below Frame layer

Remove excess paper from around Frame.

Open Tube of choice

Paste as a new layer

Position and Resize as needed

Add drop shadow

Open Glitter Scroll

Paste as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Duplicate/Flip/Mirror

Open Rainboots

Paste as a new layer

Resize 70%

Add drop shadow

Open Heart2

Paste as a new layer

Resize 50%

Open Feather

Paste as a new layer

Mirror

Rotate to Left 20%

Open Flower3

Paste as a new layer

Resize 70%

Open Glitter Swirl

Paste as a new layer

Mirror

Open Raindrops

Paste as a new layer

Resize 30%

Duplicate twice

Arrange around tag

Add drop shadows

Open Ribbon3

Paste as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible

Resize 80% (if desired)

Save as a PNG!
