Open new image 700x700.

Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.

Open Paper10 and add as a new layer.

Open Mask of choice or the one I used (Mask_CMExclusive1).

Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.

Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

Open Scalloped Frames

Paste as a new layer

Resize 75%

Duplicate

Rotate 45% to Left

Open Paper6

Paste as a new layer below Frame1

Remove excess paper from around Frame1

Open Paper3

Paste as a new layer below Frame2

Rotate 45% to Left

Remove excess paper from around Frame2

Open Tube of choice

Paste as a new layer

Position and Resize as needed above Frame2

Duplicate Frame2

Move duplicated frame on top of Tube

Remove excess tube from bottom of Frame

Remove Top Frame from over Tube

Add drop shadow to Bottom Frame and Tube

Open Hat

Paste as a new layer

Resize 65%

Add drop shadow

Open Element7

Paste as a new layer

Resize 45%

Add drop shadow

Open Element8

Paste as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Open Bubbles

Paste as a new layer

Resize 40%

Duplicate 3 times

Arrange around tag

Open Element 4

Paste as a new layer

Resize 25%

Add drop shadow

Open Element 5

Paste as a new layer

Resize 25%

Add drop shadow

Open Element 6

Paste as a new layer

Resize 25%
