This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx4 (any version should work) and Xero - Fritillary.

Open Template.
Delete the By Missy layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper5, paste as a New Layer below Square, Activate Square Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper5 Layer, Cut/Select None, delete Square Layer.
Activate Rounded Edge Rect2, Effects/Plug Ins/ Xero - Fritillary, Random until you find what you like.
Delete Layers Thin Rectangle5, Thin Rectangle4 and Thin Rectangle3.
Activate Circle Back & Flood Fill Black
Open Paper9, paste as a New Layer below Circle, Activate Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 Layer, Cut/Select None, delete Circle Layer.
Open Paper3, paste as a New Layer below Rounded Edge Rect,  Activate Rounded Edge Rect Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper3 Layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rounded Edge Rect Layer.
Open Paper1, paste as a New Layer below Frame Back,  Activate Frame Back Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 Layer, Cut/Select None, delete Frame Back Layer.
Delete Thin Rectangle2
Delete Frame Back2, Frame Back 3, Frame3 & Frame2.

Open Mirrorball
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Dust
Paste As A New Layer
Duplicate 3 Times

Open Skull1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 25%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Butterfly
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 25%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Ribbon
Paste As New Layer
Resize 45%
Add Drop Shadow
Duplicate 3 Times

Open Note1
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 20%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Note2
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 20%
Add Drop Shadow

Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed
Add Drop Shadow

Open SWAK
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 45%

Open Ribbon1
Paste As A New Layer
Add Drop Shadow
Duplicate Twice

Open Star Ring
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 20%
Add Drop Shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
