Supplies Needed
Scrapkit called Woof by Sleek N Sassy Designz. This is a PTU kit that can be downloaded HERE.
Template of choice. I used Missy_TagTemplate240. You can download it HERE.
Font of choice. I used Gregs Other Hand.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open Template of choice.

I resized all layers by 110.
Canvas size increase to 700x700.

Delete Copyright, Wordart, Music notes and skull layers.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper9, paste as a new layer below Circle1, Activate Circle1 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Circle1 layer.
Activate Rectangle2, flood fill with #c00000.
Open Paper5, paste as a new layer below Rectangle, Activate Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle layer.
Open Dalmation2, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, position in Frame2, delete excess.
Open Dalmation1, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, position in Frame1, delete excess.
Open Dalmation1, paste as a new layer, resize 85%, add drop shadow.
Open Hydrant, paste as a new layer, resize 45%, add drop shadow.
Open Bone, paste as a new layer, resize 45%, add drop shadow.
Open Big Bow2, paste as a new layer, resize 45%, add drop shadow.
Open Swirl1, paste as a new layer, duplicate, mirror, flip.
Open Woof String, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow.

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!
