Open Template.

Delete Raster1 Both Frames and Squares and Text Layers.

We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.

Open Paper9, paste as a new layer below Black Oval, Activate Black Oval Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Oval Layer.

Move Rectangle Layer below Pink Circle Layer.

Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Rectangle, Activate Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle Layer.

Open Paper8, paste as a new layer below Pink Circle, Activate Pink Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper8 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Pink Circle Layer.

Activate Stars Layer, Selections/Select All, Activate Raster2, Cut/Select None, Delete Stars Layer.

Open Frame4

Paste as a new layer

Resize to fit around Raster3

Add Drop Shadow

Open Element59

Paste as a new layer

Resize 45%

Add Drop Shadow

Open Element3

Paste as a new layer

Resize 45%

Add Drop Shadow
