This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx4 (any version should work).

Open Template.
Delete Copyright & Tiny Circle layers.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Activate Doodle and Add Noise.
Open Paper10, paste as a new layer below XL Cirlce, Activate XL Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper10 layer, Cut/Select None, delete XL Circle Layer.
Open Paper8, paste as a new layer below Large Rectangle, Activate Large Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper8 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Large Rectangle Layer.
Activate Small Rectangle and Flood Fill With Gradient of Choice Then Add Noise.
Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Large Circle, Activate Large Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Large Circle Layer.
Open Paper12, paste as a new layer below White Circle, Activate White Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper12 layer, Cut/Select None, delete White Circle Layer.
Open Paper13, paste as a new layer below Medium Circle, Activate Medium Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper13 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Medium Circle Layer.
Open Paper15, paste as a new layer below Medium Circle2, Activate Medium Circle2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper15 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Medium Circle2 Layer.
Activate Small Circle 1 & 2, Flood Fill #941bc9 and Add Noise.
Open Tube Of Choice
Paste As A New Layer
Position And Resize As Needed

Paste As A New Layer
Duplicate
Flip Horizontal
Add Drop Shadow
Open Gem
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 65%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Skull
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 30%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Shake
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 50%
Open Skull Cone
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 50%
Add Drop Shadow
Open Cakepops
Paste As A New Layer
Resize 30%

Add Drop Shadow

Paste As A New Layer

Merge visible
