This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work) and Animation Shop 3.
This tutorial is of my own creation and was written on January 31, 2012. Please do not copy and paste on any other site, forum or blog. This tutorial is copyrighted to me only. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Open Template of choice.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper6, paste as a new layer below Rectangle3, Activate Rectangle3 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle3 layer.
Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Rectangle1, Activate Rectangle1 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle1 layer.
Open Paper5, paste as a new layer below Rectangle2, Activate Rectangle2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle2 layer.
Activate Heart layer, Flood Fill #9a0a0a, duplicate twice, rename layers H1, H2 & H3.
Open Tube of choice, paste as a new layer below Heart layers, resize as needed.
Hide H2 & H3, Activate H1, Adjust/AddRemove Noise/Add Noise/Uniform&Monochrome 35.
Hide H1 & H3, Activate H2, Adjust/AddRemove Noise/Add Noise/Uniform&Monochrome 40.
Hide H1 & H2, Activate H3, Adjust/AddRemove Noise/Add Noise/Uniform&Monochrome 45.
Open Delicate Swirls, paste as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow.
Open Elem16, paste as a new layer, mirror, add drop shadow.
Open Elem11, paste as a new layer, resize 65%.
Add Name and Copyright info.


(PSP= Paint Shop Pro and AS= Animation Shop)
Open Animation Shop.
In PSP Edit/Copy Special/ Copy Merged with H1 visible..
In AS Edit/Paste/As A New Animation.
Go back to PSP, Hide H1, Unhide H2, Edit/Copy Special/ Copy Merged.
In AS Edit/Paste/After Current Frame.
Back in PSP, Hide H2, Unhide H3, Edit/Copy Special/ Copy Merged.
In AS Edit/Paste/After Current Frame.
View/Animation. If you are happy with what you see go to File/Save As, name your tag, move slider up to Better Image Quality, Next/Next/Next/Finish.
