Tube of choice. I used Trick or Treat by Four X's Designs. You can purchase Tube and get License# HERE.
Template of choice. I used TracyF.Designz-Template9. You can download it HERE.
Font of choice. I used

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open Template of choice.
I resized all layers by 135.
Canvas size increase to 700x700.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open P4, paste as a new layer below Circle, Activate Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P4 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Circle layer.
Open P5, paste as a new layer below Rectangle1, Activate Rectangle1 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle1 layer.
Open P9, paste as a new layer below Rectangle2, Activate Rectangle2 Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Rectangle2 layer.
Open Tube of choice, paste as a new layer, position and resize as needed, add drop shadow.
Open E14, paste as a new layer, resize 45%, add drop shadow.
Open E41, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow.
Open E5, paste as a new layer, resize 85%, add drop shadow.
Open E13, paste as a new layer, resize 20%, mirror, add drop shadow.
Open E19, paste as a new layer, add drop shadow.
Open E24, paste as a new layer, resize 40%, add drop shadow, duplicate twice, arrange in a group.

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!
