Scrapkit called Betrayed by Sleek n Sassy Designz. This is a PTU kit that can be downloaded HERE.

Tube of choice. I used Vamp Glamour by Keith Garvey. You can purchase Tube and get License# HERE. 

Template of choice. I used Tag Template011 by Me. You can download it HERE. 

Font of choice. I used Yataghan.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open Template of choice.

Delete Copyright and Dash Rectangle layers.

We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.

Open Paper14, paste as a new layer below Grey Oval, Activate Grey Oval Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper14 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Grey Oval layer.

Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Copy of Grey Oval, Activate Copy of Grey Oval Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy of Grey Oval layer.

Open Paper16, paste as a new layer below Grey Rectangle, Activate Grey Rectangle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper16 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Grey Rectangle layer.

Open Paper3, paste as a new layer below Circle, Activate Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper3 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Circle layer.

Open Paper11, paste as a new layer below Blue Square, Activate Blue Square Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper11 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Blue Square layer.

Activate Star layer, Adjust/Hue Saturation/Colorize, 255 255.

Activate Stars layer, Adjust/Hue Saturation/Colorize, 255 76.

Take the close up shot of your Tube of choice and paste it on top of Blue Square later, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Tube layer Cut/Select None, change layer opacity to 60.

Open Lips, paste as a new layer, resize 45%.

Open Rose, paste as a new layer, resize 45%, repeat resize, duplicate twice, arange around Lips.

Open Tube of Choice, paste full size Tube as a new layer, resize and position as needed, add drop shadow.

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!
