Supplies Needed

Scrapkit called Spooky World by Stef's Scrapkits. This is a FTU kit that can be downloaded HERE.

Tube of choice. I used Amely Witch by Alicia Mujica. You can purchase Tube and get License# HERE. 

Mask of choice. I used WSL_Mask297 by Weescotslass. You can get it HERE.

Font of choice. I used 1 WarBird DNA.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx3 (any version should work).

Open new image 700x700.

Add new raster layer and flood fill #FFFFFF.

Open PP06 and add as a new layer.

Open Mask of choice or the one I used (WSL_Mask297).

Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source Luminance/Invert Mask Data.

Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

Open El13, paste as a new layer, add drop shadow.

Open El 01, paste as a new layer, resize 15%, sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Tube of choice, paste as a new layer, resize and position as needed, add drop shadow.

Open El17, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, flip.

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!

Open Template of choice.

Delete Copyright and Wordart layers.

We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.

Open WP5, paste as a new layer below Aqua Rect, Activate Aqua Rect Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Aqua Rect layer.

Open WP1, paste as a new layer below Pink Rect Frame, Activate Pink Rect Frame Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Pink Rect Frame layer.

Open WP7, paste as a new layer below Black Square Frame, Activate Black Squaret Frame Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Black Square Frame layer.

Open WP8, paste as a new layer below Copy of Black Square Frame, Activate Copy of Black Squaret Frame Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP8 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy of Black Square Frame layer.

Open WP10, paste as a new layer below Copy of Black Square Frame, Activate Copy of Black Squaret Frame Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP10 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy of Black Square Frame layer.

Open WP9, paste as a new layer below Copy (2) of Black Square Frame, Activate Copy (2) of Black Squaret Frame Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP9 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy (2) of Black Square Frame layer.

Open WP3, paste as a new layer below Pink Circle, Activate Pink Circle Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP3 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Pink Circle layer.

Open WP6, paste as a new layer below Pink Square, Activate Pink Square Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate WP6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Pink Square layer.

Open Cute Devil, paste as a new layer, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Open Cute Witch, paste as a new layer, mirror, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Open Tube of choice, paste as a new layer above Aqua Frame, duplicate Aqua Frame and place duplicate layer on top of Tube, position Tube and resize as needed, erase top Aqua frame areas that cover Tube up, add drop shadow to Tube.

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!

Open Template of choice.

Delete Copyright layer.

We will start at the top layer and work our way down..

Open P004, paste as a new layer below Red Square Left, Activate Red Square Left Layer, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate P004 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Red Square Left layer.

Repeat above step with Red Square Right.

Activate Red Circle Right, Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise/Uniform-30-Monochrome, repeat with Red Circle Left and Red Circle Center.

Add Tube of choice, resize and position as needed, add drop shadow.

Open Dbl Bow2, paste as a new layer, resize 70%, position on the left side.

Open Chain Hanger, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow.

Open Fencing, paste as a new layer, duplicate, position one on top of each of the smaller Black Circles, erase any extra.

Add Name and Copyright info.

Merge visible, resize 80% (if desired) , save as a PNG!

Let's Get Started (Remember to save often)

Open new image 600x600. 

New Raster layer, flood filled white. 

Open Paper11 and past as a new layer. Layers, New masked layer, from image, WSL_Mask89. Merge group, duplicate group and merge down. 

Open Paper14 and past as a new layer. Layers, New masked layer, from image, WSL_Mask192. Merge group. 

Open Frame5, paste as new layer. 

Open Paper9, resize to 55% and paste as new layer under frame layer. Activate frame layer and click inside frames with magic wand tool. Selections, Modify, Expand 6. Activate paper layer, Selections, invert, delete, select none. 

Add drop shadow to fame layer. 

Open Tube of choice, paste as new layer below frame and duplicate. Resize and position. Activate frame layer and click inside frames with magic wand tool. Selections, Modify, Expand 6. Activate tube layer(s), Selections, invert, delete, select none. 

Add tube of choice above frame layer, resize and position in center of frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open dragonfly2, resize 55%, paste as new layer, position to right of tag and add drop shadow. 

Open butterfly1, resize 55%, repeat resize. Paste as a new layer, mirror and add drop shadow. 

Open flower1A, flower4 and flower5, resize 35%. Paste as a new layer, position as group on lower left side of tag and add drop shadow. 

Open green glitter1, resize 35%, repeat resize. Paste as a new layer, add drop shadow, mirror and position on lower right side of tag. 

Add Name and Copyright Info. 

Merge down and resize 80% 

File and Save
