Supplies Needed
Tube of choice. I used Missile by Keith Garvey. You can purchase Tube and get License# HERE. 
Template of choice. I used 8a. You can get it HERE.
Font of choice. I used Ascent 2 Stardom. You can find it HERE.
Scrapkit called Camouflage by Tiny Dancer Posers This is a PTU kit that can be purchased HERE.

This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSPx4 (any version should work). This tutorial is of my own creation and was written on July 29, 2014. Open Template.
Delete Copyright layer.
We will start at the bottom layer and work our way up.
Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Raster2, Activate Raster2, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster2.
Open Paper1, paste as a new layer below Copy of Raster2, Activate Copy of Raster2, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper1 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy of Raster2.
Open Paper7, paste as a new layer below Raster4, Activate Raster4, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper7 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster4.
Open Paper5, paste as a new layer below Raster5, Activate Raster5, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper5 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster5.
Open Paper6, paste as a new layer below Raster7, Activate Raster7, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Raster7.
Open Paper6, paste as a new layer below Copy of Raster7, Activate Copy of Raster7, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert, Activate Paper6 layer, Cut/Select None, delete Copy of Raster7.

Open Missile
Paste as a new layer
Resize 75%
Add drop shadow

Open Heart leaf
Paste as a new layer
Duplicate
Flip horizontal
Add drop shadows

Open Heart
Paste as a new layer
Resize 45%
Add drop shadow

Open Flower2
Paste as a new layer
Resize 65%
Add drop shadow

Open Flower3
Paste as a new layer
Resize 45%
Add drop shadow

Open Flower2
Paste as a new layer
Resize 45%
Add drop shadow

Open Butterfly 1
Paste as a new layer
Resize 30%
Rotate left
Add drop shadow

Add Name and Copyright info.
Merge visible
Resize 80% (if desired)
Save as a PNG!
